Your safety, the safety of our students, and a professional work environment are non-negotiable. This module will review the essential policies and guidelines that govern our workplace.

Why We Take These Policies Seriously

Every single person on our team must take these policies seriously at all times. They are the foundation of trust, professionalism, and safety for everyone involved:

  • Protecting Our Students (Our Clients): Our primary responsibility is the well-being of the children we teach. Policies like Child Safety and Anti-Discrimination ensure we maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where our students can focus on learning without fear. Upholding these policies is the ultimate expression of our PROFESSIONALISM and COMMITMENT.

  • Protecting Our Team (You): Policies like Bullying and Harassment and WHS ensure you are supported in a fair, respectful, and physically safe workplace. These guidelines empower you to work with confidence, knowing you are protected and that unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Protecting The Company: Adherence to these policies ensures we comply with government legislation, maintain our reputation, and allow us to continue providing excellent tutoring services to the community. Breaches of these policies can have serious legal, financial, and professional consequences for individuals and The Study Hub as a whole.

Mandatory Training and Compliance

As part of your employment with us, it is mandatory to complete the initial training provided for these policies, as required by government legislation. Furthermore, a mandatory review training will be conducted every 6 to 12 months. This recurrent training will be provided by the admin team, HR team, manager, or managing director to ensure your knowledge remains current and compliant.
