Getting Paid
YOU ARE PAID FOR EACH LESSON DIRECTLY TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT on Fridays.
You will receive confirmation by email when payment is processed and can expect to see it in your account 1-2 business days later. The email will include a tax invoice for your records and you can view full payment history in Tutor Crucnher at any time.
If at any time you feel you are missing a payment or things are taking longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to get in touch my email or SMS. We are always here to help and depend on you letting us know when there is an issue.
Ensure your sessions are logged in within 12 hours so that your lessons are not missed for the week.

It's super important to log in your hours in a timely manner to avoid an adminstration fee if we need to follow up.
3.4 Invoices are to be issued to us after each tutoring session through the Tutor Cruncher and must be logged in with 24 hours after session completed. Fail to do so will result in a administration fee of $5 for each late submission. We will pay you the Fees within 14 days of receipt of a valid invoice, subject to these Terms and your performance of the Services in accordance with these Terms to our satisfaction. We will pay you by direct debit to your bank account nominated in writing to us at the time we confirm your Registration.
3 is the magic number
It is our goal and expectation that you be working with 3 students per week as soon as possible (providing that we can provide them for you depending on availabilities)
If you are not working with 3 students we consider your talents to be under-utilised and we will continue offering you students until we get you to full capacity.
You can work with 3 students all in one afternoon or spread them throughout the week; how you do it is up to you. We just want to see your skills developed and enable you to provide maximum value to the most amount of students.
Our research has shown that 3 students is the sweet spot for both tutors and students. Tutors are happiest when working with 3 students a week – and our students under these tutors perform the best.
You are very welcome to work with more than 3 students – but 3 is our minimum goal for you; everything beyond this is considered a bonus.
The more students you work with, the better you will be as a tutor. The faster you will gain experience and the more skills you will develop as a mentor, tutor and leader.
